This charming Lake Charlevoix cottage sits directly on the lake and is only a short drive to either Boyne City or Charlevoix. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The few steps down to the lake has beautiful, crystal clear water with a sandy shoreline. The large back patio showcases gorgeous lake views and has plenty of room for seating and entertaining. There are plenty of large windows throughout the home facing the lake and a dining & living room area that leads out to the patio. A wood burning fireplace is the perfect addition for cozy summer evenings.

The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed and an attached en suite with a tub, shower and double vanity. Upstairs are two more bedrooms that share a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 full beds. Downstairs is another living room area with a fireplace, separate game room and a mini bar. The fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a twin bed and a bunk bed. There also is a full bathroom downstairs and outdoor patio access.

The house has air conditioning and wi-fi access. There is a private boat dock to park a boat along with a sizable yard for outdoor activities including a fire pit. The kitchen includes all of the amenities of home; laundry is off of the kitchen and garage. You couldn't ask for a better location on Lake Charlevoix; this home is available for rent during peak season.
